Welcome

Founded in 2005, Phoenix Arizona based Tangled Strings Bluegrass Band evolved out of a friendship between members and a mutual love for traditional string-band music. Their music is a mix of hard driving bluegrass, three part harmonies unique arrangements and some original songs.  Drawing from traditional influences like Bill Monroe, Flatt and Scruggs, and Stanley Brothers, they are also inspired by more progressive bluegrass bands similar to Seldom Scene and Gibson Brothers. With an ever-growing schedule, Tangled Strings is winning over new fans from traditional bluegrass to younger fans new to the genre. Tangled Strings is also proud to be affiliated with the Arizona Bluegrass Association.
